Can't find 7.1 surround sound activation code, and support hasn't replied

I have lost my 7.1 activation code, so I’ve tried to contact support for several days, and have also used the automated activation code service (gives you a code to use to activate the 7.1 surround sound) and still have not received any codes. Can anyone help?
