Can't Find Replacement Dongle for Razer Kraken V3

The headphones themselves are amazing, and they have great sound quality. I purchased a different headset prior to these but I didn’t like them. When I went to return the old headset through Best Buy, I got a gift card. I used the gift card to buy the Kraken headphones. Since it wasn’t the card connected to my account the purchase does not show up on my best buy account, it just says the old ones were returned. Without proof of purchase I can’t replace my headphones at best buy, and I have been looking for a replacement dongle for months with no luck. I was so excited about these and now they are basically pointless to have which is disappointing. I can’t afford to replace the entire set right now. Where can I buy a new dongle? Can someone please help?? I am really considering just not using Kraken anymore because the replacement pieces are so hard to find.
