Can't find Surround Sound Audio Output for Barracuda X 2022

Hi, I need help in setting up 7.1 surround sound on my new Barracuda X 2022 headset but I cannot find the audio output. I clearly sees the headset but cannot detect the audio output. Things I have done: 1. Used a laptop, still can't find the audio output 2. Registered the device and got the 7.1 surround sound activation code 3. I tried searching for a firmware update on the headset, I cannot one 4. Connected the headset to my phone using the Razer Audio application - firmware says 1.00.00 5. Connected the headset using wireless C dongle, wire connection using the charger cable, connected via bluetooth. Still can't find the surround sound audio output Can anyone give me advice on what to do next? Thank you!
