      Please check if your device's firmware is up to date by clicking this link. Check if the behavior happens while plugged into another USB port or computer. Ensure to plug the mouse directly to your PC's USB port. If you don't have another unit to test with, try disabling/closing the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if the issue persists. You may also want to clean your mouse sensor using a Q-tip lightly coated with rubbing alcohol. Let the sensor dry for five minutes and try the mouse again. Check this article too.
