In a box with those headphones was NO CODE, only QR-code link to 7.1 sound app.
REGISTERED my blackshark v2 x on razer site and when i try to enter the serial number on page, where you suppose to get a code it’s says “register your device”. And it’s a loop, no matter how many times i’ve tried still same. Product registered, can’t get a code. Here’s screenshot

So I just bought the same headphones and I guess the same “monkey” forgot my codes as well. I only received this QR code, but no activation code for 7.1. What do I do?

i also had a qr code i found my activation code in my e mail after registering my v2 x
I don’t think they even care =) They have had this issue for a long time and still no fix, because they still are making oney,
Having the same problem, the loop to contact customers care are also same not able to link to any live chat or support from razer.
