Can't get colors on mouse

Hello, I just bought the razer DeathAdder mouse and I am trying to make the colors change on it. I got synapse 2 and it won't connect to my mouse. Someone, please help thank you!

    What exact model do you have? If DA Elite or DA V2, it only works with Synapse 3, not 2.0 version.
