Can't get my Brand new Razer Naris chat/game to work.

Hi all i ready need some help with my razer nari. I cant get my Chat/game balcne to work so i need some help it syas to select one adiou device and my and the other as my communication device but there are three so i need some help so could some one help ASAP. I've attceta a picture of my sound setting for you to see. and when one is working the other isn't so I need help.
