got fixed? i am so tired, i did everything but it’s still the same. no sms code at all. their chat support and service is so bad. i don’t really know what to do anymore. can’t spend razer gold, such a waste of money.
I also encountered an issue with the verification code on my phone. Can't I receive the verification code on my phone? I want to try changing my phone number, but I also need a verification code
Same problem My money is just stucked and I cant even use it because the OTP is broken and I cant access my backup codes anymore
I tried sending a ticket but their CS is not replying for the last 56 hours now.
Such a disappointment
If this continues Ill ask for a refund from them because its our money and they are just giving us poor service
