Can't get OTPs

I have problems with my OTPs. It keeps on showing the unexpected error occurred and I have to purchase the game credits I am about to check out. I have tried all basic troubleshooting and all browsers kept showing the same error, it is not a backend issue, I suppose. I need help to get this resolved.
