Can't hear 7.1 surround sound when it's selected as a default device.

I have the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition and I want to use the surround sound option, however whenever I set the '7.1 Surround Sound' to default device on sound properties, I can't hear anything. The sound levels are working because the grind bar is going up and down, but I still cannot hear it through my headphones. Someone help me.

    Hi there! Thank you for posting your concern here. Have you installed the Razer Synapse 3.0 on your PC? Also, ensure that the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is selected as your default device in Razer Synapse. Please follow the steps on page 7 to 8 by clicking this link and see if it helps.
