Can't link my mouse with Synapse 3.0

Hello, I can't connect my devices to synapse. My mouse is razer mamba tournament edition and it's just not working. I tried to unplug and plug it again, but that's not working either. Does anybody have a suggestion? Thanks for your time.

Hi there, @Radko69! Is this working fine before? Send us a screenshot of your Razer Synapse so we can see what's exactly happening. Also do send us a PM together with the serial number of your Mamba Tournament Edition mouse.

I am having this same issue with my Razer Naga as of 2 days ago

i have this kind of issue too. Razer Synapse 3 wont detect my mamba wireless mouse, but it detected my BW V2 Tournament Edition Keyboard. Can you help me?

ok, according to support staff, my variant (16000) isn't supported by synapse 3
