Can’t login to my router

Did I by a lemon I bought a refurbished razor sila and when I tried to open up the router it never past authentication it keeps buffering also when I tried seeing if it was connected online it shows me as a private network but who can connect to me if they don’t know me I first want to see why I can’t login to my router can anyone help and I tried 2.4hz and 5.0 ha don’t even matter any questions hit up this thread here

    Try to reset Sila to factory settings: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1480/~/how-to-reset-the-razer-sila-to-factory-default-settings Then download Razer Sila app from Google Play store or Apple app store, and sign in with your Razer ID.
