Can't login to the 7.1 app

Everything was fine last night, today I boot up my pc and razer asks me to login, but it doesn’t let me even though I know my password.

I tried resetting my password, reinstalling the app, restarting the internet but nothing has worked so far. Since I cant login with my Razer ID that means I cant use the 7.1 surround sound, which I have been using for years now so everything sounds weird.

I’ve gotten 3 different errors so far:

Server access unavailable. Please check your internet connection.

then I got a weird “TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503” error

and the third error just said try again later, now it keeps giving me the internet connection error.

I was playing Valorant suddenly my 7.1 surround sound app popped up and asked for login. I entered my and login but it showed and error "TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503" (screenshot added).Same thing occurred with Cortex app it sometimes shows the former error , sometimes it shows There was an unexpected error please reload the page and try again later. I have already tried clean reinstalling, restarting, using different internet connection, created exception in windows firewall too for the app same issue occurs on other Razer apps like Synapse but I am able to login to my account on browser.

Server status all have a green light.

The problem appears after windows reinstall.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this yet? I read something about it being a firewall permission issue within windows. However I tried that and still am not able to log into the app.
