Me too, bought the app yesterday and couldn’t even use it and now this error happens ;-(

the razer support twitter replied to a user with the same issue and said that a fix will most likely be up in about 2 hours
same problem here in Italy it tells me an error or my line is absent changed password unfortunately nothing

mine still not working , it just keep loop back to login screen when I try to log in

That’s an auto reply for everyone, the fix for THX audio never came.
Can't login to THX 😡 Why are there so many connection problems? Do you have any solutions?
