Can't Purchase RazerCare Due to Serial # Not Being Recognized

I would like to purchase Razer Care Essential, but when I enter my serial number its not recognized. I have registered my laptop so I know the serial number is right. I’m not sure but is there the possibility that I can’t upgrade my warranty? When I bought the computer off Razer.com I didn’t have the choice to buy Razer Care with it (otherwise I would have already). If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated because the 11 month mark is coming up soon.

The RazerCare Essential can be bought up to 11 months after your product purchase from Razer.com. I suggest contacting our Order Support Team via chat. The fastest way is to click this link, select Razer.com order, then CANCEL MY ORDER, as it can bring up the CONTACT SUPPORT option.
