Can't read activation code for surround sound 7.1
Hi. I just got a blackshark V2 X headset and the card that came with it did not specify that it was a scratch to reveal code so I tried pealing it thinking it was a sticker. I cannot read the activation code and I can't seem to guess the numbers that are missing. Please can someone from Razer assist me with a replacement code. I don't mind showing all my proof of purchase information.

i got the exact same problem so i cant read it anymore also blackshark v2 i would like to hear the solution aswell and i got proof if needed

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.
If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.
We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread
Prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
