Can't receive OTP Code in my phone

My phone otp cant received code. I cannot use my razer gold. I hv alot of money in tht please help. Other message in tht number received but when i try to get otp code from razer. I not received message. Please help, and I have tickets submin in Razer gold but doesn't respond to customer.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this to our support thread. Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you tried omitting any prefix or zeroes to your phone number after the country code? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with screenshots of the error message.
