Can't Register a new keyboard


Ok, this has got to be the dumbest question I have EVER asked. Today I bought a new Razor Blackwidow Elite & I have tried to register it 9 times now. Each time the reply is "Item serial number is unknown". I have checked both the S/N & Product I.D. 15 times. I am transcribing the numbers/letters correctly.

I have to be doing something wrong; or the tag is wrong on the back of the keyboard (Not possible, right? Got to be either/or.)

Anyone got suggestions?

I faced this same issue a couple days ago with basilisk ultimate. I contacted Razer support via Chat. They gave a NEW PRODUCT NUMBER and it worked. Try that.
