Can't Register a product because the serial number is not recognized.

My serial number is not recognized by the register a product page, and I cannot request assistance until I have completed this step.

I don't know how to prove this because all lines of communication with Razer are locked until I complete this step so I don't know what to do.

The serial number appears to mix I's with 1's so it's quite confusing to enter but I don't think I've made a mistake, I've tried many times with many combinations.

I do not want to post a picture of my serial number here as I believe it is public.

What do I do to resolve this?
