Can't register Basilisk; PN starts with RC, not RZ?

I'm trying to register a brand-new Basilisk cordless mouse and I can't get past the first page of the data form because the P/N (which clearly starts with RC) won't be accepted by your system, which is apparently expecting it to begin with RZ.

        Use the PN printed on the box, not in the label. It starts with RZ.
