Can't Register Kraken Kitty Product Number

Hello! I had gotten a Razer Kraken Kitty edition headset second hand from someone else and am not sure if they registered the product or not. The serial number is fine but whenever I try to put in the product number it's incomplete and it gives me the "invalid product number" error. Am I doing something wrong or did they register the product already?
