can't register my new ryzer black shark V2 x

hello team support, last week i bought a ryzer black shark V2 x headset and today i tried putting the 7.1 suround sound but i could not register my headset because it says that it’s already registered. I bought this headset in a very serious company so i don’t think it’s a fake one or something like this so please could someone help with that ?

i also have a probleme with the splitter wich make my voice robotic. thank you for reading me i hope you are having a great day.
