Can't register my product Black shark V2 X

Hello Razer support. I don't have an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound in my box, so I need to register my product to get email with activation code, but it doesn't work for me. I've got a serial number of device as well as product number pls help me.

What do you mean by “it doesn’t work for me”?

What is not working? Is it the serial number or the activation code? Let me know via PM and include your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check the registration.
