Hello Razer Support! Need help!

Can't register my product Black shark V2 X

I have a P\M and S\M but it doesn't  work

-Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.

V2 X is eligible for 7.1 Surround.

You just need to register your headset with your RazerID account, then you’ll receive activation code for 7.1 Surround over email: https://razerid.razer.com/products/new

i have done this many times , product number is invalid

what should i do?

Be sure you’re typing it correctly, common mismatch is for eg. O (uppercase o) and 0 (zero),  I (uppercase i) with 1 etc…

Also you can verify if your s/n on headset is matching s/n on the box.
