Can't register Razer Deathadder Elite

Hi,

As the title says, I’m struggling to register my Razer Deathadder Elite for the warranty.

I’m confident I’ve entered the correct S/N and Product Number, and have tried all possible variations (I for 1, O for 0 etc.) but having no luck.

 

Any help please?
