Can't run the Razer synapse 3 installer

Well, I downloaded the razer synapse 3 installer and I just can't run it properly. When I open the file, it suddenly closes without any errors. windows 10 pro 64-bit

    Temporarily disable the firewall and all your AntiMalware apps, then try running the installer with administrator privileges. You will also want to make sure you have the latest version of the .Net Framework. PM me should you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
