Can't sign into cortex with google account

I created my razer id using my google account, but cannot sign into razer cortex as there is no google account sign in button. I tried to reset my password both through the change password (I didn't know what to enter in the first box) and the reset password (I never got any email on the reset). Is it possible for me to either reset the password or sign into cortex another way>?
