can't turn on raiju ultimate

hi guys
i bought a razer raiju ultimate on the 24/4, i was trying to turn it on yesterday but it didn't come up even i have changed to every mode and plug in the cable but it didn't comes up con someone help me pls

It will great when you write on what device you try 😛 If i dont mistake they are working with ps4 and pc so try on second device if they show up.

In this case try to connect it to pc and see if device will be recognized.

Hello. When did you start to notice the issue? Also, does it still worked when used as a wore d airphones. Does it charge when you plug it in? Let me know.
