Cannot update brand new Pro Type firmware. I downloaded the firmware update utility and it was able to update firmware to the wireless dongle, but on the second step when it upgrades firmware with the USB attached it does not function. I have tried multiple USB cables (the one included as well) and also multiple computers.

Does the standalone firmware update tool generate any logs?
