Can't use Razer Nari Ultimate (Pewdiepie) while charging, it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting

When I don't have battery on my headphones I have to plug in the usb dongle, but then windows keeps making the connected / disconnected several times, then the headphones turn off by themselves. So I lose the hability to hear/play anything. This is super frustrating to have a 200+eur Headphones and sometimes I have to stop playing completely to wait for them to charge. I bought the headphones on December 2019, They have this issue since day one! I searched a lot, and by the answers I only see, Reinstall synapse. I tried using the headphones with synapse completely shut off, this issue happens as well. I am using the original USB. I have no clue what to do. If I forget to charge the headphones I am doomed. For gamers by gamers? Do you use any headphones that does not work while charging? And btw I have a case oppened, but since it has no answer I'm here trying to see if theres a public response from anyone that knows the solution to this problem

You should still be able to use the Nari Ultimate even when charging. Could you put your charging set up on a video so we can get a better understanding of how things are plugged into your PC?

I bought my Razer Nari around the same time and they have the exact same issue. They charge on a normal usb port from the motherboard and from the box and even today this issue keeps happening always.

Please PM me the serial number of your headset. By the way, does this happen only when the device is charging, and have you tried the dongle calibration tool?
