Can't use razer tartarus in game

Hello, I'm trying to use my razer tartarus to play an online game but I recently changed servers and on this new server it doesn't work properly. It only register a key stroke if a mouse click is made simultaneous. I tried to solve on my own without success, after contacting the server administration they answered that anti-bot system prevents all 3rd-party softwares and there is nothing they can do. I can understand this and if I have to choose I prefer a bot free server over using my tartarus, the thing is bots still exist but I can't use it. So I'm looking for any suggestions on how to work around this. Thank you.
