Can't use Rewards + zVault not connecting

Hi , I am trying to earn some reward ( linking my social account with Razer ID ) but i get the RazerID page refreshing and no way to link my accounts . I used this thread : /how-to-link-your-razer-id-to-razer-insider.1904/ On an other hand i cannot upgrade my Razer ID to Gold because it wont let me connect to it ( screenshots attached ) Thanks for the support Regards

Hi Stoneface30, The thread that you refer to is "How to link your Razer ID to Razer Insider". In order to link Facebook, Google or Twitch to easily log in to any Razer service, you are required to login your Razer ID at https://razerid.razer.com/account and proceed to https://razerid.razer.com/account/connections once you are logged in to link you Facebook, Google or Twitch. As for your issue to upgrade, the upgrade is only available for user that previously used the service below. If you already have a Razer Gold account but never used any of the service above, you are not eligible for the upgrade. Your screenshot provided stated that you do not have a zVault account previously which you are not eligible for the upgrade.
