Can't use the mic of Razer Kraken pro

Hello everybody, I've been trying to use my razer kraken pro headphones for overwatch. But since the headphones only have an aux plug-in I wasn't able yet to use them as a microphone too. I've already registered the product but razer synapse doesn't show them in the configs. Can anyone help me please?

    Hi there! Have you tried using it with other devices to see if the same issue persists? Are you using a combo jack? Just to clarify, what do you mean by configs?
