Can you even get helpt from Razor?
OMG - This Orbweaver would be the coolest thing if I could just get and keep it working.
I did an OS update on my Mac and now it just doesn't recognize that it's even plugged in.
Getting support? Put in serial number. Warranty is over. So, just throw it away?
Guess I'll have to start writing magazine articles again.
