Can you even get helpt from Razor?

OMG - This Orbweaver would be the coolest thing if I could just get and keep it working. I did an OS update on my Mac and now it just doesn't recognize that it's even plugged in. Getting support? Put in serial number. Warranty is over. So, just throw it away? Guess I'll have to start writing magazine articles again.

    Please note that Synapse on mac only supports up to version 10.14. If you go beyond that, then there is a good chance that the devices you have will stop working with the laptop. This has been discussed multiple times in the forums already. *Thread locked.
