Cancelling/Returning duplicate order

Hello everyone, I recently ordered a razer core X chroma. When I ordered it my browser crashed and, since I paid with paypal by direct debit (this will come up in a bit) I didn't see money taken from my account. So I made the order again, this time with credit card and it went through. When I logged into my account I had made two orders. I used the contact form on the website and the support email and received a response from neither. So, when I saw a pending transaction in my account, I cancelled my direct debit to paypal. Both orders were shipped yesterday and are coming tomorrow. I'll update on the status as this goes along. Basically the current situation is: I have 2 razer core X chromas coming. I have paid for 1, but paypal might charge my card for the 2nd one Razer is not responding in any way So, knowing what I did was very stupid and I should have checked my account before reordering, what should I do? Should I return one of the 2 cores? What will happen with the payment in that case? I will be so glad if anyone can help in any way because I am very confused... Thanks

Hi there! You mentioned that you already contacted Razer Support. Can you PM me the order numbers as well as the ticket number? I'll assist you from there.

I got in contact with razer support through paypal in the end and they're resolving the issue. Looks like everything is OK now.

I have same problem. I have mistakely place order 3 times. I want to cancel 2 of my orders.
