Hello, I bought a headset with model BLACKSHARK V2 X and there was no activation card in the box. Please help me solve this issue. When trying to activate, it says that the device is activated.

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a fake headset. I’ll double-check just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
