Cannot balance audio using blackshark v2 hyperspeed headphones.

As the title says, I need to balance the left to be quieter because I have hearing problems but the balance button isn’t there going into sound settings and properties for the headphones. I am using the wireless mode as the bluetooth was giving too many other issues.
