Cannot change volume while surround sound is enabled

Whenever I enable surround sound, I cannot change the volume of sounds, raising or lowering the volume causes no changes, and muting the sound does not work, as it still plays anyways. The issue does not persist when I switch from the Razer surround sound to the normal speaker setting.

      I also have this issue. Looks like not a lot of people also has it because i wasnt able to find a solution online. My guess is that there is some kind of conflict or issue between Windows audio drivers/services and Razer ones. Ive tried to restarting the Razer surround service itself but did not work. Either way, uninstalling and reinstalling the programs fix the issue until you start your PC again. You can guess how annoying this process is everytime i boot mine...
