So i’ve recently bought the Kraken Kitty BT edition headphones along with a bluetooth dongle to use on my pc.I can connect them to bluetooth just fine but they never go under the audio section and instead get put as ‘other devices’, meaning i cant even use them as an audio input and output. They work fine with my phone and my sister’s pc (we have the same model and build), but not with mine. I’ve tried everything so far and dont know what to do anymore

Hello eggEmeraldaero193,

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition not functioning as expected on your PC. If you have your Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition paired to your smartphone as well as your other PC, the audio will only play from one source at a time, depending on which source you are currently connected to. If you are connected to your smartphone, then the audio from the smartphone will be playing on Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition. If you want to switch to hearing audio from your laptop, you’ll have to navigate into your smartphone’s Bluetooth setting to disconnect from it first, then connect to your laptop by navigating to your laptop’s Bluetooth settings. Here are a few troubleshooting That will also help you resolve the audio connection issue:

  1. Make sure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your Bluetooth adapter, right-clicking on it, and selecting "Update Driver.

  2. Remove and Re-Pair Devices:
Go to “Settings” > “Bluetooth & other devices”.Click on “Razer Stereo” > “Remove device”. Pair your Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition and make sure it is connected.
Note: Pair your PC with Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition (or device name) not with “Razer Stereo” so Razer Synapse can detect your device.

  3. Make sure that the audio settings in Windows are configured correctly. Right-click the speaker icon > Open Sound Settings.
  1. Try Different USB Ports: Try plugging it into a different USB port on your PC, ideally directly into the motherboard rather than through a hub.

  2. Ensure your Windows is up-to-date, as updates can include Bluetooth improvements
