Cannot connect my Kraken Kitty headset to Twitch.

Hello, I'd like to get some advice for my new headset.
For the streaming, I bought a Kitty Headset.
As they advised, I expected some light effect during my streaming.

So I downloaded ' Streamer companion App' and linked it w/ my Twitch account.
Set the alert effect for each follows, subscriptions, cheer, chat message.
and than i checked it works on dashboard.

but the problem is those effects are not working when i am streaming.
when someone was following my channel, or some followers were chatting, there were no effects,
even though I checked it works on dashboard.

pls help me to figure it out.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0 and Streamer companion app? If you haven't, please gather the Razer Synapse 30 logs first by following the steps here. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
