I cannot contact your support. I am based out of HK. The phone number listed is chinese only and only a machine. chat support never connects; only sends an email.
I also sent a support email. Bottom line is its impossible to get any form of real time support. I paid HKD 20K for my laptop even get anyone on phone support.
My issue: Razer blade 15 purchased Aug 2018 wont powe-on.
