Cannot control volume levels when output is set to 7.1

Recently I have been facing this issue where I cannot control the volume levels when the output is set to 7.1 surround sound. In the razer software, I have set the output device to Realtek HD Audio which is the default device as shown (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/808710511368732693/876006103643742260/unknown.png) But when I go to control the volume levels it doesn't work (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/808710511368732693/876006605211201556/unknown.png) If anyone can help me with this issue it would be great.

    Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers and the app? Allow me to assist you by sending me the following via PM: a. Screenshot of System Information. b. Screenshot of Windows version. c. Synapse 3.0 logs. d. Device's serial number. Save the files via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
