Cannot enter Razer BlackWidow Elite's serial key on razer website for Warranty

Hello, I recently purchased the Razer Blackwidow elite keyboard from Curry's PC World and I cannot input the serial key for warranty. It ways that the serial number is unknown. How is that possible? Did I purchase a fake keyboard from one of the largest pc shops in the UK?

I bought the same keyboard, yesterday. It arrived today, and I have precisely the same issue.

I just solved my problem. It looks like the first zero in the serial number was actually an O in my case, not a 0. Try that.

I'm having the same issue on a Black Widow V3 I have tried several different variants of trying to type this stupid code and it says Not Recognized. I purchased direct from Razer so I can't have a fake one I would think
