Cannot locate surround 7.1 activation card for kraken v3 x

I was bought this headset as a gift and i unboxed it in the car and im not sure if i lost the card there or if its just missing but i am atempting to set up the 7.1 surround sound and it is requesting an activation code i do not have. I registered the device to my razer ID and checked my email for a code and i still cannot locate it. Help?

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week. Wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~ 1. Name 2. S/N 3. P/N 4. Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
