I am having the exact same issue.  Just keeps the spinning circle and says logging in but never progresses further.

Same issue, impossible logging.

Same problem after updating my email address. Attempting to login with email and p/w loops back to the “welcome back” screen. Attempting to log in using Google sign-in for the same account has the same result despite a Razer web page appearing in Chrome telling me I’ve logged in successfully.

I’ve tried updating the software (Synapse 3 and THX Spatial Audio), repairing it and reinstalling but nothing changes.

I have this exact same issue and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to use THX again ;(

I had the same problem. After I uninstalled Razer THX and reinstalled it again it worked just fine! So this might be a solution.

I have found the solution at least for me however it’s required that I’ve had a paid for program (The free trial might work it’s worth a shot) so that will be a bump in the road for a lot of people. First I used iObit uninstaller it will delete almost every file related to the program you want to uninstall and second you will need this https://rzr.to/Tf53xj run it and it will delete all the drivers related to razer. Then restart your computer and do a fresh install of razer THX and boom, I was able to login again and everything works fine.

To preface doing a simple uninstall for me did absolutely nothing or separately only removing the drivers I had to do both in order to be able to get it to work (Which is F***ing ridiculous) I wish you all luck and I hope you don’t end up nearly snapping your razer keyboard in half like I did.
