1: There actually appears to be NO support because when I click all the buttons, it takes me to yet another page of FAQs that do not address my issue.
2: On the registration page I filled everything in and it claims my product number doesn't match my serial number. That's blatantly wrong.
3: When I put my serial number in to try and get support, it claims my product is "no longer under warranty." I bought it 3 days ago. This is pure BS. I cannot even register it. Once again, Razer is telling me that they don't care about me. I have to ask myself why I bought another razer product when their support is non-existant.

The website uses the serial number to detect the manufacturer's warranty for the device. Do not worry about that though as we can revalidate the warranty status using a proof of purchase. With all that said, please PM me your serial number, so I can help you register the device.
