Cannot register my Basilisk Ultimate- "Item serial number does not match product number"

Trying to register my product and it shows that message. The only difference I have noticed is that the prompt on the website for the product number starts with RZ. The number on the mouse starts with RC. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

All set, there was another number on the box (much smaller) that started with the RZ. I was able to register with this number
