Hello, i bought razer seiren mini last week, and i just keep failing to register product on web neither Synapse App.
did i bought fake device?

you can try registering your RAZER product through RAZER web portal

Since RAZER is a US company, set your keyboard format to English US keyboard when registering your products.
Give us the results and wait for RAZER support team to advise next.
