Cannot register Razer DeathAdder Essential (No matches found)

Hello Razer Support,

I am trying to register my Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse, but both the website and Synapse say "No matches found" for my serial number.

Serial number: (removed)
Product number: RZ01-03850100
Country of purchase: Ukraine
Date of purchase: [введи дату покупки]

 

 

I have attached proof of purchase (receipt) and a photo of the mouse showing the serial number.

Please help me add this product to my account so I can register it.
