Ive just tried to register warrenty for my new keyboard and it isn't recognising the serial number, I've tried upper and lower case letters and still no joy, please help 🙂

    I'm having the same issue with a headset. It seems Razer just doesn't care. They have no real support, just the forum where we are all baffled together.
